The stages of programming a component are:

Tool path programs are written in Catia V5 or NCL. These are graphical interactive software packages. Vericut simulation software is used to simulate the machining process and check the dimensional accuracy of the programs.

A brief demonstration of this software will be given at the interview. We do not program directly onto the machine controller, all our work is done away from the machine tool in comfortable modern offices. Programs are delivered electronically to customers in the UK and abroad.

We do not have our own machine shop. We provide programming services to those who have.
