We can take 2D engineering drawings and turn
them into 3D CAD models, IGES or STL.
CAD model to machined
part.
We can produce tool path programs to efficiently
manufacture the CAD model.
Machine Control Data to suit your machine
and controller.
Using our Universal Post Processor, we can
produce the tool path in the correct format
to suit your requirements.
Quality and safety
before machining begins.
Using our advanced machine simulation software,
we can simulate the cutting operations to check
the most important elements of the material
removal. This includes feeds, speeds and depths
of cut; collisions between the cutting tool
and the work holding components; collisions
between the moving elements of the modelled
machine tool. The resulting cut model can then
be checked for dimensional accuracy by comparing
the CAD model to the simulated cut model to
check for gouge or excess material. This helps
protect your machine tool and eliminate scrap
and time lost when testing the new tool paths.
Documentation.
We can produce supporting documentation to
your preferred format. Operation schedules,
set up sketches, tool lists etc.
Delivery and response.
Prompt delivery and rapid response during prove
outs are ensured by utilising e-mail and rapid
data transfer to and from our own secure FTP
server. This, combined with direct telephone
communication or on site visits by our experienced
technicians, provides a high level of commitment
to your targets.
